The winter 2017 CCEMS Scholarship Award was awarded to Paul Beals.   Paul is a senior at Huntington High School.  Paul won a $600 scholarship to attend Cabell County EMS’s EMT Class.  The money will cover the tuition for the EMT course, CPR certification and WV State certification exam.  The scholarship is awarded three times a year and awarded by a recommendation from the school staff.
