Winter CCT Class

On behalf of Cabell County EMS and Cabell Huntington Hospital Prehospital Services, we would like to extend and invitation to attend the WVOEMS recognized Critical Care Transport program. The program is scheduled to begin on January 12, 2012 and continue until March 8, 2012. Class will be conducted on Thursdays at CCEMS Headquarters, 846 8th Avenue, in Huntington, WV.

Qualified individuals interested in CCT need to submit application and payment for consideration in the course. Seating is limited and will be on a first come, first serve basis. I have attached participant application and STO verification forms that must be completed and returned with payment to CCEMS Critical Care Education, 846 8th Avenue, Huntington, WV 25701. Tuition for the CCT course will be $750.00 payable to CCEMS Training. Tuition is non-refundable and non-transferable after December 20, 2011. Prior to that date, a 25% fee ($187.50) will be assessed for any withdrawal or transfer.

The application must be completed and accompany payment. The course is affiliated with the Marshall Community and Technical College and will offer 6 hours of undergraduate college credit. The course fee will cover the MWCTC tuition, one clinical shirt, a student photo I.D., course materials and handouts, skills station supplies, testing, and other miscellaneous items.
