Vulnerable Needs Planning System
A special needs registry has been created to allow residents with speical needs the opportunity to provide information to assist emergency management agencies. This will allow emergency managers better infomation on how they may be able to meet the needs of vulnerable populations before, and after emergencies. Residents who live in the following counties can register: Cabell, Boone, Jackson, Lincoln, Logan, Mason, Mingo, Putnam and Wayne. For more infornation or to register please visit, http://www.helpmewv.org.

If you or someone you know is a member of a vulnerable population, please take the time to complete the Individual System Form – be as complete as possible in your responses. After submission, you will be contacted by a representative of your local Health Department to verify your information. Additionally, your local Health Department may contact you occasionally to help ensure your information is current and accurate.

The information collected on this Website will not be available to the public – it will only be released to public safety agencies to improve their ability to effectively plan for the needs of vulnerable populations. A full HIPAA Disclosure Notice is available at the beginning of all three System applications.
