EMS HeadquartersCabell County EMS is a non-profit county run organization that provides emergency medical care and transportation to the citizens of Cabell County and City of Huntington West Virginia.

CCEMS employs approximately 110 full and part time staff members. Our department operates a fleet of 16 fully licensed and certified ambulances located throughout Cabell County and city of Huntington. CCEMS answers approximately 23,000 calls for service annually and serves a population of 96,000.

Cabell County EMS offers a broad range of services to meet the needs of its community beyond medical transportation. CCEMS is the area leader in education for pre-hospital, health care professionals and non medical personnel.
